That's the normal way we do it. We work the edges of the room, no lighting stands in walkways, no blocking a server's path. If a shot needs the floor cleared we'll ask first and it'll take two minutes.
Not your problem. We handle our own parking and access and it's included in the rate — no surcharge for garages or loading zones.
